Added: The frame tubes are 22.5mm (0.89") in diameter. They will need 3/4"-7/8" diam clips.

Clips like those are what I was thinking about, but was considering blacksmithery of heavier strap. Those conduit straps will work perfectly.

When I started on mine a couple of years ago, the wiring was complete, patched and basically hopeless. So I got an enlarged wiring schematic and built my own harness. The easy to read, markable copy was a help.

Seal surface sleeves! Haven't seen or thought of those in years. They can work very well. What grade of Loctite do you use? We used to use Loctite Green, sleeve mount.
