Nope! Better check yourself here Victor. If there are any Model 92's with an emergency switch, I would like to see it.

Dale the engine was built about march of 1965. the split in the case on the mag side of this engine as well as the rubber inserts on the engine for the mounting bolts, is common to this era. this was also a carry over from the yamaguchi engine. ------------ Clarence Thanks Clarence. Re: Hodaka owners handbooks

I have seen the owners manual with MK II on the cover. I think in the Hodaka book as well. Pretty cool, but I know nothing about the story behind it. I have a running Ace90 motor with a weird setup that I had not encountered before. It is a fairly early build stamped P2026. Question 1: Clarence wher...

All the 92B had a high fender, cushion hub with a overlay sprocket and a trip speedometer. The 92B+ also had the trip odometer did not have the overlay sprocket and it was built in the same era as the 93B. Welcome to the Hodaka Forum Kevin. You have a great looking project there. The B+ is my personal favorite Hodaka... It will wheelie down the road regardless of one's weight! Most of the electrical does require the engine to be running. I would have to look, but I believe that you should have horn an...

Re: Corroded 94 Crankcase

Hey Chris, Happy New Year! Your cases did take a beating! I have put together cases with some pitting but nothing like these. I am going to say that I am 51/49 on my vote. On one hand, I doubt that you would have any issues with using them. On the other hand, model 94 cases should be pretty easy to ...

Albert, I have to ask...
What main jet is installed? I ask because there is no jet shown in the picture.
I also see a good amount of erosion around the top of the tube where the main jet mounts. Could it be sucking fuel around the main jet?

Re: Drive flange differences

This conversation caused me to go look at the parts diagrams... now I am even more confused! They do show that only the 93B uses the spacer on the flange. For the countershaft sprockets, the pictures show that the 93b uses the offset sprocket and the 92B+ uses a flat sprocket however, the parts numb...

Re: Interesting Barn Find Engine

What a great find Chris. I think a nice running Ace 100 motor in a Wombat frame could make a great trailbike. Another option would be to look for a trade with someone. The "E" series motors are very desirable for folks with other brands of motorcycles that used this engine. Especially one ...

Re: 03 patina build

Looking good Albert. Regarding your wiring issue, you say that it is the headlamp and horn not working when connected. This tells me that you must have the emergency switch set to DC? Check that switch and its wiring. If you just check the horn wiring without the horn connected, you should measure 6...
