Re: Radial head
I just got off the phone with a guy that is talking about remaking the webco head for the hodaka and a FMF copy of the porcupine Honda head for the hodaka super combat. He said the webco head will be done in about two weeks. I don't know if he will be selling on Ebay or how he is getting them out on...

Re: FYI ... Replacement 12V Headlight for Wombat
Does someone have a good idea for the brake light switch? I found one eBay that looked a lot like the stock switch but after getting it in my hand the instruction say don't get wet. So I'm back to looking.

Re: removing ethenol from fuel
Ed.....I don't know if you can remove the ethanol or not but if you could it is 10% of the gas blend and would lower the Vapor pressure and octane about 1 to 1.3 points. It just totally changes the blend that was designed with the ethanol as a VP and octane kick. The gas that is shipped on a pipe li...

Re: Radial head
Here is three heads one is a 74 cr125 (black head) one is a sachs 125 (the biggest head) and the other is a head for a indian 125. The bolt holes for the indian and the CR line up with the hodaka and have a center plug hole. The indian head would have to have it welded up and then mill a gasket surf...

Re: Radial head
Yes Ed I think the stock head would work good but after seeing the bike that you rode of Paul's last week I need to make one with a radial head. I watched the video of you on that bike and it seemed to pull from the bottom to the top good. How did it fill to you?

Radial head
DSC01699.JPG I was thinking about having RK Tek design a new head for the bike I'm building and would like to run a radial head. I don't know if it would have better cooling than the stock head or not. So I would like to know what head does every one run that is switching over to radial head? I hav...

Re: Polished transmission gears
I think you can find all the answers to your questions at this link. http://www.remchem.com/ I sent my stuff to ACG Enterprises in Oklahoma City 405-634-8656 The cost was $10 per bearing and $160 for all the gears and some of the shifter parts.

Fixing wombat cases
The rear mount for the screw was broken off by the chain at some time in it's life so I cut a peace of 1/2 inch 5052 aluminum rod for the mount. I then ground down the case so it was flat so I could weld the peace of rod to the case then tapped it. I don't have a mill so I have to do it the redneck ...

Polished transmission gears
I got all my polished parts back today. I have had this done before to a maico transmission and clutch (works great) so I sent a new hodaka transmission and other parts inside the motor off to have isotropic polished. I was reading some more on the polishing service and found out that they could pol...
