Re: 94 Wombat Crankcase Breather - Why? + Pressure Test

the breather is for the transmission which is NOT! tied to the crankcase , If its blowing air through it , its because you either have a bad clutch side crank seal or it leaking through the case halves into the trans.

Re: trials modifications

Here is an example of what I have done for several guys with wombat trials bikes , I add a victory port exactly like in a combat wombat cylinder and use a combat wombat piston also , this is a huge plus for bottom end pull , I have done this for Jay Lael , as well as Leo Stinnett who won the Two sho...

I have talked with Terry Larsen , he is a nice guy and seems to be anxious to get things running up to speed with good intent , he has been working with Bill Cook this week to get organized. I also have tried to reach Dan Jennings ever since Bill Cook sold out to Him, through countless phone calls ,...

Re: M94 Transmission issues

Agreed Reeds are always a good thing as long as your allowed them in your class. I do have Reed to fit the Iron wombat cylinder. And yes an o3 cylinder would be better , but I can do much to help the Iron cylinder. I would Like to know if anything is done to your currant cylinder and what you are us...

Re: M94 Transmission issues

thanks jack for the vote of confidence. I do mods to existing carbs as well as new. Most will go to bigger carbs since the dividers make a big carb behave small. Intelajet can be used on any carb. AS for venture dividers there has even been gain in top end , verified on dyno , one of my road race cu...

Re: M94 Transmission issues

Iridium plus are always a good thing with a concentrate spark higher rpm and higher cylinder pressures have less affect on spark delivery. But I'm sure it wont fix your issue . The good news is you can put a blower on it and still get the spark to jump 8o)

Re: M94 Transmission issues

Jack I have no info on rpm limitations of a normal Magneto system since I havnt run one in years and had no tach when I did , but I know my Hodaka flat tracker would scream like crazy and never miss a beat even when I went to no flywheel total loss system , the only problem is that with no flywheel ...
