Thanks for the advice. The tanks are the original chrome tanks and have been cleaned out and kreemed for protection. I think that if the bikes sit after I empty the oil out of the tranny there will be oil still on the clutch, so every once in awhile I can open and close the clutch just so it doesn't...

I think I might have an original spark arrestor laying around I'ii look for you. I have one on my 125 Wombat 94A and it cuts down
the noise but really doesn't effect performance to much. I'll get back to you

Could it be a Yumgici & Hodaka engine.Looks like the engine in my 63 90 ace. Which my father inlaw bought new in 63 from a Great Falls MT Hodaka dealer.

Have you converted your bike to 12 volt or is the rest of the system 6 volt ? If the rest of your system is 6 volt putting in a 12 volt headlight won't work..........

Same thing kept haping to me.I checked everything found noting. I finally cut down on the permix gas to 20:1 and my plug fouling ended.
