Strictly Hodaka will be closing Thursday 4/20 through 5/7. No orders will be accepted on our online store nor will any orders be shipped during that period. Also any Marketplace ads placed after 4/20 will not go live until my return.

The word from the trademark attorney in Washington confirms what Max and Ed said that if someone uses the name/words/logo " Hodaka" for personal use only there is no violation or infringement.

Charlie i know nothing about the Dalesman machines coming to the USA but if there is a connection would love to know more. The bike that started this thread from Steve was a "Sprite" with a Hodaka engine.
